Lithium, regardless of its atomic mass, has 3 protons.
Aluminium is much less reactive than Lithium.
lithium hydroxide + carbon dioxide --> lithium bicarbonate
6.941 is the average mass of lithium's isotopes. The majority of lithium (on average about 92.5%) is lithium-7 with 3 protons and 4 neutrons while about 7.5% is lithium-6 with 3 protons and 3 neutrons. A number of other isotopes exist but only in trace amounts.
Afghanistan had hundreds of untapped ores such as Iron, Gold, Lithium, Pewter, Platinum, Uranium, it even had oil to the west. They did it mostly for the economic gain.

lithium plus. removing electron from something that is positive is much harder.
This will depend on both the type and size of the lithium battery. Also some lithium battery types actually contain metallic lithium sheets while others the lithium is only in the form of ions.

Afghanistan has now no uranium mines.

None.
Presumably you're talking about the battery. Lithium batteries are "primary batteries"; that is, they're not rechargeable. Lithium ion batteries are rechargeable, and are therefore a much better choice for a cell phone.
