That doesn't sound likely. Anthony dollars were made in 1979, 1980, and 1999. They have a copper-nickel outer layer that's quite hard so the chances that a date would wear off in less than 30 years are quite small. And in any case, with or without dates, they're only worth $1 if found in change.
If your coin is large - about 38 mm across - it's not an Anthony dollar. It's more likely to be a real silver dollar. It doesn't have any collector value without a date, but if it turns out to contain silver you could probably sell it for $8-$10 as scrap, depending on the price of silver at the time.

Susan B. Anthony appeared for the first time on a coin in 1979 not 1890, but by the date I know you have a 1890 Morgan dollar that has retail values for circulated coins of $17.00-$26.00 depending on grade. the date is very common.
1979 is the most common date for Anthony dollars, and it's still worth one dollar.
None of the SBA Dollar coins struck for general circulation (except the 1979-P Near Date) have more than face value. Only proof and uncirculated collectors coins sold from the Mint have premiums.

That's not Susan B. Anthony on the dime, it's Liberty. Anthony was on small dollar coins in 1979-81. Dimes from the 1940s are common and generally only worth their silver content, which at present is a little over $2.
