None. Margarine is full of chemicals that are really bad for your body. Use real butter, it tastes better and is better for you. And no more than 1 teaspoon of butter per slice of bread, providing you are not using any other condiments, e.g. mustard, Ketchup. If using other condiments only butter one slice and put your condiments on the other.

You can also substitute margarine with olive oil. Just drizzle it on your toast and sprinkle some salt on (not too much). Very tasty and more healthy!!!
