Approximately 5-6 Million Jews were killed during the Holocaust. There were 9.4 Million in Europe in 1939 but after the Holocaust, there were fewer than 3.5 Million left.

Worldwide, there was only about 10 Million after the Holocaust.

You should understand that the Holocaust ended when WW II ended. At the time the war ended, there were few Jews left alive in Germany or anywhere in Europe, and of those who were still alive, almost all of them left Europe to move to Israel, once they were able to do so. As a result, very few Jews have died in Germany after WW II.

The number of Jews before the Holocaust was 11,000,000. In the Holocaust 6,000,000 Jews died, which means after the Holocaust there were about 5,000,000 Jews.
