I am having the same problem as you, Well first I know that once you've logged out of W101 it comes up with an internet Page about "Wizard101- Did you know?" in that page you can see the login details, put your user name and password in it, after it will come up with other words underneath it. Click "My Account" then their is a parent control box make a password and save it! MAKE SURE YOU SAVE IT! Then you have to enter i somewhere then you change your D.O.B and enable open chat but I can't figure it out yet!Hope you can figure it out, like me!
