Your Jack handle releases it from the cable that holds it up and in place under the truck. Step 1
Assemble Jack handle.
Step 2
Look between the bumper and tailgate for what looks like a keyhole.
Step 3
Insert pre-assembled Jack handle.
Step 4
Turn Jack handle counter clockwise till you have the tire on the the ground.

Remove the inside of the glove box, and it will be to the right It is silver .
Remove the wiring harness from the back of the headlights. Remove the headlight retaining bolts. Remove the headlight. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.
you dont without cutting the plate
There are 4, 10mm bolts across the top at the front. Remove these. There are 2, 10mm bolts on either side about half way down. Remove those. Left the AC lines up, out of the way and then just pull the top half of the fan shroud out. If you are changing the water pump, radiator, condenser, etc. there should be no need to remove the bottom half of the shroud.
Front axle half shafts need to be removed also the front diff and the half crossmember has to be removed to give access to pan.
Inside the intake Plentum. Remove top half of plentum. In the center on the passengers side.
Drain down the radiator using a large clean drain pan. Remove top half of fan shroud. Remove accessory drive belt. Remove fan assembly. Remove water pump pulley. Remove lower half of fan shroud. Remove water pump. Clean gasket surface area. Install in reverse order. Not knowing what engine you have this is a general answer.
remove the trim panel around the instrument cluster then remove cluster. On the back of instrument cluster are the bulbs just turn them half a turn and they come right out.
I think, for empty and half load it's 32 psi (front and rear) and 35 psi for spare one. For full load, it's 35 psi.
If the correct window was installed ther should be tabs the connect the wires to about half way up on the sides of the window.
