Some of these CD cases appear to be made in Europe. The CDs cannot be readily removed. One way to do it is to take a pair of needle-nosed pliers and carefully break off the tiny plastic tabs holding the CD in the case. Brace one arm of the plier on the inner plastic circle rim and the other arm on one of the tiny tabs. The CD will come out after you break about four of these inner tabs. Maybe some European person can give a better method for popping the CD's out. They sure don't work like CD's made in the U.S. where all you do is push down.
Plastic CD sleeves can be purchased in almost any department or electronics store. Walmart, Target, and Best Buy all have plastic CD sleeves available for purchase.

Answer You can store as many CD's in a plastic bag as you wish, just make sure there is something protecting them from each other as they will surely scratch and be of no use to you.

if its jammed its jammed, youll have to remove the unit from the dash, then remove the screws and take off the outside case around the CD player and get the CD out that way, its common sense, it is not going to fix itself, you have to take it apart and take the CD out, then put it back together like it was , then buy an iPod and get a new stereo that has aux input
I would try a silicone based adhesive for this. 'Goop' - Gloozit Shoe Glue or even 100% silicone.
Follow the instruction in the link to remove the plastic cover http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs/Honda/PDF/466053.pdf
This is not practical, it is sandwiched between two layers of plastic and is so thin any attempt to remove the plastic will rip it in small pieces still sandwiched between the plastic layers.
The plastic pockets do help with that.
