u cant make it stronger, only healthier

excersice...avoid vascular problems leading to low kidney perfusion

balanced diet

lots of water....ideally 2 liters a day more the better

avoid over the counter paracetamols(brand name varies)

check blood glucose for Diabetes

maintain genital hygiene

avoid multiple partners for STD prevention- pylonephritis etc

see a GP if u feel something is not right
