Bleach dose not kill mold it only makes it whiter. Go to your janitor store and get a bottle that they know the will kill the mold plus know they make green products for it too.

That does not count as substance abuse if it was only used to clean the bathroom but if you deliberately trying to smell the bleach to get a high then it is substance abuse.
