If they don't willingly do it right away when you ask, you should consider another company. The service you are asking for is what you are paying premiums for, not for some fat cat to take a vacation to a spa.
It's all about customer service. Your insurance company doesn't want you to cancel the policy and go to another company, so all you need to do is call you agent and ask for a reinspection. if you do not get the response you want, call the home office and speak to a customer service rep.
