How do you fix a fuse that keep blowing on a vr commodore when starting the engine?

I had the same prob in me vn turns out the oil pressure switch was shorting out internaly an they run thru the same fuse. Oil pressure switch just above oil filter, changed that an it didnt blow me fuse... Just bridge the fuse with abit of wire if u run out of fuses like me.
