If you're asking if there is a pill, for a pill comedown, then take the first thing that knocks you out and hopefully you will be fine in the morning. If you are dealing with actual withdrawls, then I'm assuming it's from an opiate prescribed medication in which case you can contact a med center about Suboxen which is a pill for weining you off opiates. And if you don't have the money or time for that, then it's all a state of mind. Wait it out for four or five days, and don't take anymore of the pills that made you comedown in the first place. Also, a stiff drink never hurt anyone : )
