How do you change a 115230V Century Motor SerialBB2 and PT 8-164079-20 from 115 to 230 the wiring diagram on the plate is missing?

I have this same motor. The inside of the plate covering the electrical connections has the wiring diagrams on it.
From top to bottom, the spade posts are numbered 1 to 5 with nothing in the number 3 spot. Behind 4(to the left of it) is number 6. There is a white wire and a brown wire going to the insides of the motor.
It says for low voltage(115 I assume) it says LINE to 1 and LINE to 4 with the white from inside going to 4 and the brown going to 5.
For high voltage(220 assumed) LINE to 1 as before, LINE to 4 as before, white from inside to 5 and brown to 6.
