To remove the wiper arm you first have to remove the plastic grill below the wiper arm. It covers the space left between the bonnet and wind screen. It is held in place by 4 plastic screw like devices that have to be lifted up before being unscrewed. Once this is removed you will see the entire wiper arm assembly and the size 10 bolts holding them in place. Loosen them 3 or 4 in number and disconnect the power/control cable and the unit is free to be removed. To remove the wiper arm you first have to remove the plastic grill below the wiper arm. What is wiper system in car?

A car's wiper system is designed to keep the windscreen (windshield) clear of rain. It consists of a synthetic rubber blade, held on a resilient arm which is pivoted at one end. The arm oscillates back and forth such that the rubber blade sweeps across the windscreen and disperses the rainwater. Its function is aided by including jets which can spray water containing a detergent on to the screen.

Dodge Dakota truck windshield wiper does not turn on?

1. Determine if the motor is working or not. With the engine off, turn on the wipers and listen for motor running. If the wiper motor is running, the problem may be with the linkage. 2. To check linkage, remove the wiper arms from the shafts (fold arms away from windshield, move out locking tab, then take arm off the splined shaft by rocking or gently prying). Then remove the cowling by taking out 7 Phillips head sheet metal screws. Look at the linkage to see if it might be broken or if the linkage has come off the plastic bushing on the wiper motor. (this is what I discovered today on my 1990 Dakota and now I need to find just the plastic bushing. 3. If the motor is not running, first check the fuse. Replace fuse if it is blown. If not, the motor most likely needs replaced.

Is there a way to cut and re-thread a shower pipe that is already coming out of the wall?

You Can but typically the pipe for the shower head that is coming out of the wall is just a short piece of pipe that you should be able to remove easily enough by unscrewing it. Then you can just replace that piece with a new one. == Answer== Do the same as above but make sure your shower arm is not floppy, if it is you could tear up the riser coming to the arm. Be very carefull.
