However, it is true that, as long as you are hydrated, wearing a black shirt while exercising may help you lose more pounds. ---- Actually, the color of the shirt in visible light is completely irrelevant, what's important is the UV transmission properties. So this question is impossible to answer; you'd need to take a sample of the cloth and put it in a UV spectrometer to see which one allowed more UV through.
