yes it is. I used ACT rinse for about 15 years. I developed severe Back pain which I mistook for cancer or a messed up spine. I forgot to buy the rinse for a month. Pain went away. I bought some rinse and used it. The very next day the pain returned. Haven't used the rinse since and have been kidney-pain free for about 10 years.

There are fluoride-enriched tablets you can take, and fluoride-enriched mouthwash yopu can rinse with.
Can fluoride be injected by intravenous injection?
That would be a bad thing. Fluoride is a hardener, that comes from an industrial by-product. For the same reason that you shouldn't swallow toothpaste with fluoride, you would want it to be injected. It has been shown to cause hardening of the arteries and other problems. Good to rinse your teeth with, but not really good for the rest of you.

Sodium Fluoride attacks the thyroid gland and the immune system. It is a cause of cancer.
If you mix Biotene rinse with a fluoride rinse like Act will they both still work for their intended purposes?
No need to Mix. I use the new ACT Total Care Dry Mouth rinse. It works on dry mouth and has fluoride. Plus it tastes better than Biotene.
Why shouldn't you eat or drink after fluoride rinse?
Fluoride becomes part of the outside layer of the teeth. This process takes about 30 minutes to complete. Avoid eating or drinking during that time so as not to interfere with the fluoride uptake.
