You've obviously have NOT been leading a healthy lifestyle.... there are also other factors like heredity and some environmental factors like living in the mountains at high altitudes, or pollution, the latter is unlikely though.
The main factors that affect a persons balenced diet are; mainly the lifestyle they live, some people who lives a busy lifestyle will just not have the time to shop for organic foods, prepare these meals. On the other hand some people may just not be able to afford the more organic and healthy food as in general it is more expensive.
