the total current is the vector sum of current expressed in this equation:

IT = sqrt ((V/R^2) + (V/XC-V/XL)^2))

since the voltage(V) is equal in every branch due to parallel. we can substiture the value of V to our equation. V = supply voltage (possible).

Why inductor use in series capacitor in parallel?

That depends on the type of circuit you are talking about. Sometimes both an inductor and capacitor are both in parallel with each other. This is called a tank circuit. Sometimes they are both used in series. These are both examples of resonant circuits. Sometimes the inductor can be in parallel with an applied voltage and the capacitor in series. This is a form of high pass filter. On the other hand, the inductor can be in series and the capacitor in parallel to for a low pass filter.

What two other electrical components that a circuit can have besides a battery and wires?

capacitor, inductor, resistor..

Does the impedance of a parallel RLC circuit equal to the value of the resistor?

No. You have to consider the inductor and the capacitor. Impedance of RLC circuit is equal to to the Value of Resistor Only AND Only on Resonate frequency. otherwise u have to cnsider resistance inductance and capacitance together in series.

What ia series circuit?

A circuit in which elements are connected in series. For example in RLC series circuit resistor, inductor and capacitor are connected in series.

What is RLC throughput?

RLC is a type of electrical circuit that involves a resistor, an inductor and a capacitor. The throughput is the amount of energy travelling through the circuit.

What is the relationship of current through the resistor and inductor in the LR parallel circuit?

When they are in parallel the same voltage appear across both. The resistor carries a current of V/R, the inductor carries a current of V/(jwL). So the current in the inductor is 90 degrees behind in its phase.

Lrc parallel circuit?

LRC parallel circuit contains its component in parallel connectio. It contains inductor, resistor and a capacitor. A parallel circuit is a closed electrical circuit in which the current is divided into two or more paths and then returns via a common path to complete the circuit

What are the difference between rl and RC circuit?

RL circuits involve a resistor and inductor in series. RC circuits involve a resistor and capacitor in series. You can see where the acronyms come from.

What is difference between acceptor circuit and rejector circuit?

Acceptor circuit are series circuit in which indactor and capacitor are join in series there is single path available for flow of current.while in rejector circuit inductor and capacitor are join in parallel more then one path are available for flow of current .
