Yes!
Bill, ONLY if the co-signor is listed ON THE TITLE as CO-OWNER. Co-signors only responsibliity is to make the notes if the signor doesnt. Signor is just USING co-signors creditworthiness.
The company wants their money so if the primary doesnt pay then the cosigner must. Their is no way of getting around this. Bankruptcy should be outlawed. If you cant afford things dont take on the debt.
Nope, when you cosign the bank doesnt care who the money comes from. If the money doesnt come in your both equaly at fault.
well, if you want the loan AND the car, go get it. Tell the bank that you will keep the car.The bank really doesnt want the car, they want money.Otherwise, the bank will let him give it up if he cant pay. THE co-signor is the one with GOOD credit. If the signor didnt need help getting the loan, there would be no "co" signor.

It's on your car insurance.
There is a potential that you could lose your house but that would be very late in the collection process. When you co-sign a loan (doesnt matter if it is a student loan or otherwise) you are assuming FULL responsibility for the obligations of the loan (including payments due as a result of default and late payments) in the event that the primary borrower defaults. The creditors have the option to come after you and it is possible they would go after your house.
it doesnt fit on any specific vehicle. The tires are for specific rims.
Yes, if you are donating the vehicle, the price will be written as donation. If you are not donating the vehicle, write the price in.
the difference is that primary markets are really fat. the secondary market is a skinny kid that doesnt eat candy
Iowa doesnt have a primary because it is usually the bigger states who have primaries, the smaller states usually get together to decide the states candidate, which is what a caucus is.
In the state that I live in (IN) as long as the co owner is on the title of the van then the cowner can take possesion upon death(bc he\she already owns it) That way it doesnt have to go through probate and such. We just went through this prob with my mother-in-law and my wife. We have my mother and law's van now. I hope this helps you.
