He owns 340 acres of preserve land in Concord, Jackson County, the only house on Brail Lake. He also has interest in a charter fishing business out of Grand Haven. He has a number of cabins throughout northern Michigan and up into the UP. Beside his current residence in Crawford County, Texas.

It is likely that he owns all or parts of a number of large parcels around the US where he can just get away and go hunting whenever he likes. Although I'm not aware of anything in Kalamazoo or any other municipality of Michigan.

Ted has never been a fan of cities.
