They all can provide cheap car insurance it just depends on what kind of deal they are willing to offer you. I will give an example I personally use Unitrin Direct because they offer me a rate lower than all others where as my wife uses Allstate because they offer here a better deal than Unitrin does. As strange as that sounds the only way to find out is to compare as many companies as you can and I would start off with Unitrin Direct, Geico, and allstate first then go from there.
