Obviously you have the benefit of high protein and fat content, as far as hormones etc... that are supposedly derived from the glands i believe it does. Vince Gironda "the iron guru" was very fond of using glandulars, but as far as i know there is no scientifical evidence that it works.
raw refers to lacking any gear... gear is supportive material to help you lift more, i.e bench "shirts" and deadlift suits... both are very tight equipment you can put on to give you a rebound effect out of the bottom of your lift (your weakest point).. when used well, gear can aid in puting 100's of pounds on to your lifts.. the absence of such equipment=raw

RAW, SPLAT, Manic Panic, Color Fiend, if you are really desperate you can use colored markers or Kool Aid(mind you, Kool Aid is usually red so you dont have much option there). Where I live most people use RAW and Color Fiend, I haven't heard many good reviews about SPLAT. Here is a list in order of preferance: 1. RAW (also has good hair bleach) 2. Color Fiend 3. Manic Panic 4. SPLAT 5. markers and Kool Aid.

Strength is the character's raw physical strength, while his attack value is his offensive capabilities - strength, weapon used, and any magical bonuses, all affect this. So basically two identical characters with different weapons (one weak, one powerful) will still have the same Strength value, but different Attack.
