blower motor resister is bad
depends. is the fan blowing? if not could be switch. if so you may need to replace the heater core first thing is see if your coolent is low. if it is you will not get any heat
It could be the high speed heater motor relay is stuck on or the switch itself is broken.
You could have a short from the controlls to the fan
COULD BE A BAD HEATER CORE COULD BE A BAD HEATER CORE sounds like the heater control switch needs replacing.if that doesnt fix it, you need new heater core
Could be low on freon,
heater fan blower motor is burn up not working need to replace it could also be a heater relay typically located on the fuse panel that needs replacing could also be the switch on the switch panel
If a 2000 Grand Am sometimes has the heater blower working and sometimes it won't, the problem could be with the heater relay switch. The heater relay switch lets the heater blower know when to come on and when to go off. In most vehicles this switch is behind the glove compartment. This part sometimes gets corroded from condensation in this area.
I just replaced the front heater motor in my 99 Suburban, it worked great, now the heater/ac absolutely does nothing. Could the switch be bad, the motor, I am stumped and need help. Thanks Jim.
sounds like your heater core went out
faulty switch
Could be low coolant, stuck thermostat, bad heater control head (if climate control)
It could be starter, battery, keyswitch, neutral lockout switch or electrical connections.
