Cocodamol is combination of codeine and paracetamol. It can in theory be combined with ibuprofen and extra paracetamol, but since paracetamol can get VERY toxic above a certain threshold, it is not recommended to do so. The threshold for paracetamol lies at about 4000mg total per day (including the paracetamol in the cocodamol). If you have taken more than that, please contact you doctor immediatly.

ibuprofen is fairly safe in regular doses, but won't add much to the analgesic (pain-killing) effect of paracetamol. Since Ibuprofen is not very healthy at the long-term, I would recommend against taking it.

What else can I help you with?
