Fireworks like bottle rockets and roman candles are now legal. In the past you had to drive to Missouri or Indiana to get these type of fireworks. The new law does come with some safety features. People younger than 18 aren't allowed to buy or sell fireworks. Fireworks can't be used within 200 feet of a structure, vehicle or other person. And finally fireworks can't be sold to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.Copyright 2011 KFVS. All rights reserved.
