When you are done yelling and cursing, replace any torn skin back into it's original position. If you have any antibiotic ointment or creams, apply it and bandage it with a bandaid or bandage. If you think the toe may be broken (as with many toes V.S. furniture) seek medical advice for an x-ray and confirmation. Remember that flip-flops and shoes or even house shoes could have avoided this problem in the first place.
