yes yo can have regular sex if this has happened but i would get a pregnancy test done because this is a good sign that you might be pregnant this is what happens when the egg implants on the uterus wall for some women but not all so don't get scared like i said this could just have something to do with your Birth Control but just to be sure i would get a test best of luck to you
