The hours at my Agency include a time to provide customer support for people like you so we are open on Saturday morning and Wednesday Morning from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for just this occasion. Normally in many small towns the offices are closed on Wednesday. Our Bank, Post Office, and about everything else is closed on Wednesday or at least on Wednesday afternoon. For this reason, we discussed this with my staff and exchanged Wed for Saturday.
