No buddy, give the cut time to heal. Picking at scabs to make them prematurely slough off can lead to scarring. Then you'll have a skin imperfection that can't be removed so easily.

hey, ive found out that if you get a washcloth and wet it with hot water, then squeeze the excess water out and hold it on the needed area, the scab will soften up and eventually just come off. it doesnt happen quickly though, it may take about a week if udo it a few times a day. hope this helps <3
