I think you can probley fake a stress fracture. I'm not sure. Just fake some pain in a certain part of the foot, knee, arm,or hand. Start a few days or weeks ahead, by complaining that a certain place hurts when you run, or exercise. Then one day begin excercising using the place that you are gonna say hurts. And then stop fall down or whatever, and say that it really hurts, and it hard to use. Even if ur parents don't take you to the doctors right away keep saying that it hurts. Eventually they will and tell you doctor that it hurts when you excercise and this time it wouldn't stop. They will probley send you for a x ray. Hairline fractures usually don't show up on x rays. Sometimes they wi send you for a MRI. But mostly not. They may suspect a stress fracture. And for cautious reasons cast you up and give you crutches, or give you a walking boot for about 6 weeks.

Some tips are to Fake bruising, and whenever the doctor touches the part wince.
