Drinking too much alcohol can lead to three types of liver conditions - fatty liver, hepatitis, and cirrhosis. You are unlikely to develop these problems if you drink within the recommended safe limits. For all types of liver disease caused by alcohol, the main treatment is to stop drinking completely.
The liver is the organ that breaks down chemicals in the blood. It removes toxins, and also drugs from the body so they can be taken out of the body by the kidneys and the bladder (pee). If you have elevated liver enzymes this means that the way in which the liver is breaking down the toxins and drugs is working faster than normal.

there is no enzyme in our blood or liver that is why we exhale air if not we would die because there is to much co2 in our body
The liver produces bile to break down fats, and filter toxins. The pancreas creates vital enzymes such as amylase. 8======D
The liver is responsible for breaking down alcohol, but if one drinks too much alcohol the liver will be unable to cope, and over time you may suffer from a condition called cirrhosis of the liver, which may eventually force the sufferer to have a transplant.
Bile secreated by the gullbladder underneath the liver
The liver is able to break down alcohol by way of an enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase. However, over consumption of alcohol can damage the liver, causing fatty liver disease, alcoholic hepatitis, or cirrhosis of the liver.
The liver breaks down toxins by producing bile which will disintegrate toxins that are in the body. This will facilitate the process of metabolism.
