answ2. I have these last few days observed a Lady Beetle cannibalizing a L-B chrysalis. Took about 1 day, and I have photo.

This is perhaps not 'meat' but certainly includes the proteins etc of the 'soup' in a chrysalis.

There is an old saying "Does one swallow not a cannibal make?". Or something like that.

And, an adult L-B will willingly suck the interior from an aphid. But this is just the sap of a plant.
