No! bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial, animals and bothersome flies will stay off the bamboo. On the contrary the bamboo in your home will improve the quality of oxygen because bamboo is the largest producer of oxygen that grows in this planet. It is recommended to plant a bamboo in cities that lack trees, it will grow three times as fast than a regular tree, and will produce more oxygen than any other tree, also if you think about rejuvenating yourself do what I did; I bought a brand new bed with a matress pad made out of bamboo, a bed sheet set from bamboo, some expensive bamboo quilts and the evironmentally friendly, washable chiropractic pillows, together with my blind bamboo set, I also bought an air purifier for my bedroom, add to all this a bamboo plant in every major corner of the house, and this is called rejuvenation through better quality breathing and sleeping. Every morning I wake up I feel like a new man, not growing old at all.

This depends on the source of the gnats. If the gnats are coming from plants, it is a sign of overwatering. If they are not actually gnats but fruit flies, they are coming from a food source. No. Insects, much like ourselves, reproduce sexually. Therefore, you need a male and female gnat to produce offspring. Gnats, and many other insects, lay their eggs in fruit as it will provide nurishment to their larvae. This leads many to believe that the gnats themselves are produced by the fruit when the juveniles emerge.

Where do gnats live?

Yes, gnats [of the two winged suborder Nematocera] are herbivorous. They largely feed off plants, which they may damage considerably in the process. But there are some that also are carnivorous.Gnats belong to the two winged order Diptera within the class Insecta. Within that order, they're members of the Nematocera suborder. That means that they're related most closely to mosquitoes [Culicidae], crane flies [Tipulidae], and black flies [Simuliidae].
