I'm thinking the earplugs pressing against the ear canal can do it because I have been getting dizziness and headaches the past couple days when I put in/take out/adjust my plugs. Never had this problem before though. I wear them most of the day for hyperacusis and just started a med a week ago. Hope the med is not the culprit. I will try to post back here if I find out.
