Whether a woman has a uterus and/or cervix or not has little bearing on the man's sexual enjoyment. However, it may affect the woman's enjoyment. If the woman's lack of interest turns him off, then he may have to use his imagination or take steps to liven things up.
You still can't hurt the fetus. No man will reach inside the uterus and the cervix, apart form the mucus plug being there, is also too small. It might be uncomfortable if you hit the cervix though.
A man's bladder is bigger than a woman's bladder. A woman's bladder is smaller because the uterus is above it and the uterus needs to have room.
Women can get pregnant in a variety of ways. One common way is through unprotected vaginal intercourse, during which a man ejaculates sperm into the vagina. The sperm can then travel up through the cervix, into the uterus, and, if an egg is present, the sperm may fertilize it.
The IUD is in the uterus, and a man does not enter the uterus during sex. If you or your partner can feel part of the IUD in the cervix, and that's scraping him, the IUD is not likely to be effective. Take the morning after pill if you 've had sex in the last five days, and contact your health care provider for an exam. Don't rely on the IUD to prevent pregnancy if you can feel the plastic of the device in the cervix.
to enjoy yourself as much as he does :)
Babies are produced when a woman and a man (be it girlfriend-boyfriend or husband-wife) go through sexual intercourse. The sperm from the man goes through the woman's cervix and uterus to fertilize an egg or ovum that was released from the ovary. The zygote then undergoes multiple division into a blastocyst which ruptures into an embryo. This embryo attaches itself to the uterine wall and continues to grow into a fetus. After around 9 months of gestation, the fetus is fully grown enough to be ready to be expelled from the uterus by powerful uterine contractions. Then the baby is born.

Genital means, among other things, of the reproductive organs. So, genitalia (the plural form) would include (for a woman) ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, vagina, labia, etc. and would include (for a man), testicles, scrotum, prostate gland, penis, etc.

The man needs to create sperm and the women needs to create an egg. When intercourse happens, the egg and sperm meet, and implants in the uterus, resulting in pregnancy.
No. The woman doesn't even have to have an orgasm at all. The man has to release sperm into the vagina, and the sperm have to reach the egg in the woman's uterus. The egg is there if she has ovulated and it has lodged properly in the lining of the uterus. Orgasm has nothing to do with it. If the egg isn't fertilized while it is in the uterus, the uterine lining breaks down and passes out of the body, and that's her period. Then you have to wait for another cycle before conception becomes possible again.
