I too have been looking for this answer and have found that the Motorola H500 is not compatible with the iPod Touch. A page from ipodtouchfans.com lists it as incompatible. http://www.ipodtouchfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=201711
Almost all bluetooths will work good with it, I recommend the H375, H500, BT125, or the actual PS3 Bluetooth Headset that comes with the SOCOM bundle for $50, so the game is practicaly $10.
u will need to buy a cable that is compatible with both your computer and your phone then the instruction manual should walk you through the rest.
