Its debatable whether it contributes to other problems like prostate cancer later in life, but its not advisable if the guy is planning on fathering children.
Scientific test have shown that only a slight decrease in sperm production occurs and there are really no other effects. However if there is room for air, as they say, not showing your very most details, there is no problem for tight jeans for guys. But beaware, you have to have an average body to look good in them. Overweight, my god, forget it. Underweight with no butt curves is also as bad.
