No, all rivers are freshwater.

Consider the Falls of Lora at Connel Bridge on Loch Etive.

These are definitely saltwater

The Falls of Lora are merely a set of rapids due to tidal surge. They are not continuous and not even a set of falls. Excluding any man-made or temporary falls due to natural disaster or tidal surges there are no real natural saltwaterfalls. Saltwater rapids is a more accurate description for what most people refer to as "reversing falls" or tidal falls. The largest being Sullivan Falls in Maine. Take a look and see.
