All Anthony dollars have outer layers of .750 copper & .250 nickel bonded to a pure copper core, the same as dimes, quarters, and half dollars. None were ever struck in a silver alloy, even in collectors' issues.

What is the value of an 1879 Susan B. Anthony dollar?

Please don't assume that every coin with a woman's face on it is Susan B. Anthony! U.S. coins at that time carried stylized images of MISS LIBERTY. Your coin is called a Morgan dollar after its designer George T. Morgan. See the Related Question for more information. And in any case, SBA was reviled at the time because American society was still very much male-dominated in those days so it's extremely unlikely her image would have appeared on a coin regardless. Anthony dollars were only struck in 1979-81 and 1999 and are small (26.5 mm) coins made of cupronickel.
