I didn't open my carton of eggs since I bought it 2 weeks ago. When I did finally want some eggs I found that they were all covered in raw egg. I washed every single egg, and none of them were cracked which leads me to assume that an egg cracked at the store and a new one put in its place, but the raw egg was not cleaned out of the carton. It did not smell rancid at all (no smell actually), but I am wondering if the eggs are safe to eat as they have been sitting in raw egg for over 2 weeks now.
Side note, some of the eggs I washed had darkened where the raw egg was touching them.

In Russia, eggs are sold in cartons of ten - I was surprised to see this when I studied abroad there last year. The cartons are called десятки, which means, very roughly, 'little things of ten.'
check the nutrition facts on the carton of eggs, its on the ones i buy. and them being made over easy shouldn't really make a difference:p but cooking spray is lower on calories.
a whole number like 1 is = to 5 over 5 but if it was 3 over 5 then it wouldn't be a whole number because there is lets say only 3 eggs in a carton of 5
Over a million trillion gazillion etc. protons will fit in a (1 L) milk carton.

Scrambling - gently frying lightly beaten eggs over heat - of eggs is universal, cooked wherever eggs are produced, in other words, everywhere. There is no specific place of origin.
Store eggs in a finely ground preservative such as salt, bran, or an equal mix of finely ground charcoal and dry bran or finely ground oats. You can store the eggs layer upon layer, so long as you they don't touch each other, metal, or wood. Store the eggs small side down in a covered container and keep in a cool, dry place. Eggs will keep "fresh" for up to 9 months.
Cow birds are very lazy so they sneak there eggs into other nests so the other bird can watch over the baby cow birds. So that is why cow birds hide there eggs in other birds nests
