peoples boobs do grow at different times most girls start developing at the age of 12 till they are 17 and sometimes older your body is changing at different rates to other girls. and you many think they have small boobs but they are still developing. Even when you get your period they will still grow so dont worry they will come naturaly in there own time. 14 year old girls are still going through puperty so they will still be growing.

my daughter is a perfectly healthy normal 14 year old girl and she is A cup at the age of 14 i was AAcup and i am now a C cup so dont worry bout it.

Around that age, you will star to go through some changes.It is normal if your boobs grow at that age. It will keep on growing until around the age of 16-18.It depends, on some women, there boobs dont stop growing until the age of 20, some, maybe the age of 15.It is different for every women.

Why are your breats so small? Is that what you mean? Well, every single girl is different especially when it comes to breast size, every girls' breasts are different from, size and shape. They'll grow over time, nothing is wrong with you! :) Judging by your age you already hit puberty and got your period I'm sure, one day they will grow. As you already know breasts are used for feeding a baby right now your body isn't ready to carry a baby, and that's perfectly fine, that's why they're small right now. They will grow when your body is ready.
