It is totally fine for a girl to ask a guy out!
When/if you do, act casual yet eager to go out with him, but not too eager, you don't want him to think your crazy. Being a guy and all, I think us guys would actually prefer if the girls asked us out because sometimes we feel pressurized into asking girls out.
Just ask the guy if he wants to catch a movie with you or something, and if he likes you he'll go out with you! And don't feel bad if he says no, there are plenty more fish in the sea!
