No naproxen and ibuprofen are both in a group of medications called NSAID's (Non Steriodal Ani Inflammatory Drugs) they both do the same job although Naproxen is somewhat stronger than ibuprofen it would be ok to take Ibuprofen with Paracetamol or Co-Codamol likewise with naproxen but Do Not take the two together Always speak to your G.P/Pharmacist before taking any medications.
