I think i might be pregnant i feel bubbly movements and taps on the left and right side of my stomach could this be the baby moving?

Have you taken a pregnancy test? That would be the first thing I would do. Women don't generally feel fetal movement until approximately 14-18 weeks gestation. So if you are feeling "baby moving" you need to get to the OB and start prenatal care ASAP. The thing I would sugest would be to go get it checked out at the nearest clinic so you can be shoure.
