mg stand for milligrams, which is a measure of mass. ml stands for milliliters, which is a measure of volume. You cannot simply convert one to the other. First, you have to find the density of whatever substance you are measuring, and then use the density and mass to find the volume.

You cannot associate weight with volume without knowing the density. If you find this out, then Density is mass/volume
