First you would need to determine how many calories you eat in a day. To maintain good health, you should consume approximately 20% of your daily caloric intake as protein. Each gram of protein contains 4 calories. If you consume 2000 calories per day, 400 should be from protein, which would equate to 100 grams - lean - protein each day. It probably depends on size (both height and weight), and maybe age, too. I do well on 50-100 grams. Most days I shoot for around 60-70 grams. I am 5'7, 138 pounds and 24 years old.
