Day 3: Back

Deadlift: 6 sets, 8-15 reps

Pulldowns: 6 sets, 8-15 reps

Eat like a human being, don't starve yourself

Eat no less than 1,800 calories

Mix in cardio for day 4: 20 minutes

Everything thing should be hard, no pink weights, struggle with the last rep, make short to work harder each time. If any looks like it's getting to big, drop the reps 30 per set, with for sets,

You can leave your bra on even at bedtime for extra support, I found that out after having 3 kids,so try it i think it helps, I didn't like to sleep in a bra, but Igot use to it. try stepping out in the cold for a couple of minutes

Don't believe that you can take pills that will do it. You will just be poorer, not perkier. Breasts are fatty tissue and once fully developed will look the way they do until age and gravity loosen up ligaments and stretch skin making them sag. However, while you are young but fully developed, you can make them look perkier with the right uplifting type of bra. There are only 2 ways to make them perkier when naked, though. One is implant surgery. Ouch. Painful and expensive. The other is to build and tone the pectoral muscles of the chest that help hold up the breasts. Hard work that may not give you quite the results you want (more noticable results for A or B cups than D cup), but the health benefits of workouts and good nutrition are worth the effort.

I think many of us women have the same question that you ask! Many women would love a quick fix solution to perk up sagging breast. Because breasts are made up of mostly fat, it's difficult to firm up the fat in the breast area, even if you exercised every day; however, you can give your breasts some lift by firming up your pectoral muscles under the breasts. You can try doing some exercises to firm up your pectoral muscles to add some shape to your chest.

DO NOT WEAR PUSH UP Bras!!! Plz don't do that do your boobs. They make them saggy and ugly. Wear comfort bras that FIT YOU! Sports bras work good for lifting, firming, shaping, and even makes them grow! That will give you perfect boobs
