There are hundreds of North American native languages. they are in dozens of language families. There are dozens more that are not related to any known language. many of these languages are still spoken today.. The Navajo Nation has about 175,000 speakers of Navajo. The Zuni tribe has about 90% who speak Zuni. In Mexico, Nahuatl is spoken by 1.4 million or more people.

Therefore, there is no way to tell you "how you say hello in an Indian language" . You need to ask about a particular language.

For example in Navajo hello is: yáʼátʼééh

Hello in Hopi who live right nearby is: loloma

In Zuni, also nearby is : keshi

In Seneca in the NE it is: sgëno
