In the episode of 191 in Naruto Shippuden, it's called Kakashi's Love Song. Hanare appears in this episode. This is where Kakashi and Hanare accidently kissed... Not going to spoil anymore; check it out yourself....Very sweet Episode

Answering your question, I don't think he did. If you notice closely, the woman he sees in the beginning (before all flashbacks) isn't Hanare at all. The woman has blue eyes instead of brown eyes; Hanare has a beauty mark under the right eye, but the woman didn't. But we know for sure that Kakashi still loved her ;]

It is unknown if Kakashi truly loves someone, however it has been said that he like his old team mate rin, however she liked their other team mate obito and they both passed away.

Many pairings have been suggested for Kakashi, which include: anko, kurenai(though she is actually pregnant with asuma's child), sakura, sasuke and iruka.

Kakashi and sakura, sasuke and iruka will never happen. Ever ever ever. So that is not possible.

Some people say that kakashi likes ayame, the ramen shop owner's daughter.

A lot of people say that he kisses Tsunade, but that is not the case. Kakashi has not kissed anyone as far as the series has gone. Masashi Kishimoto has not revealed if Kakashi even will kiss someone.

the only person he kissed as for as i know is hanare. but it was an accident. sasuke sakura and naruto were spying on them and they fell out of the tree and hit kakashi and hanare and they fell and kissed. but im not sure if youd call it a kiss if he has his mask on
