The fastest eleven year old 800 metre time is not certain as that track officials don't normally post it on the web but i have experience in 800m and i know that it is in the range of 2:30 to 2:50.

No - 2.20 is very good for an 11yo - and there would be some who have run it in 2.15 or faster.
The NSW record for an 11yo is 2.15 and the Australian national record is 2.11.
The NSW State 11yo title was won recently in 2.20 and the 10 yrs in 2.23. Sort of puts 2.30-2.50 into perspective.

Jerry wishes for a box of pencils and for a Milky Way Milkshake from the Asteroid Belt. Alex then thinks that his wishes are silly so she uses the hat to turn the Sub Station into the Asteroid Belt. It brings in a lot of customers and Jerry makes their shift go up and makes them wear goofy costumes. A day later, the aliens heard that the milky way milkshake machine has reopened and wants to take it. Justin then uses one of the aliens laser guns to get rid of the hat which makes everything disappear.

When the Waverly Place Merchant's Association confront the Russo's about not having an acceptable Haunted House every year, Alex and Harper go to the Ghost Realm to get ghosts, she get's a bunch of 'losers'. (Jerry told her to get 'mild' ghosts not 'super scary') Teressa, who's usually against using magic, asks Alex to go get much more scary ghosts, but when Alex returns to the realm, they are all gone, except for Mantooth and the ghost with his head separated from its body, getting candy. Alex gets Mantooth. The kids and Mr. Evans have already arrived at the Sub Station, and a few minutes later Alex arrives. Mantooth doesn't scare the children and Mr. Evans the first time, but the second time, all of them are scared (Mr. Evan calls it being scarred for life). He tells them that they can no longer have a haunted house, but at the end of the episode, the family and Harper are proud at what the got.

Justin signs up for Monster Hunting, after he masters his last spell, to complete his wizard training, so knowing Justin could become the full wizard makes Alex study and then she and Harper creates songs to remember spells as Justin does. Max performs a spell that separates his conscience from himself. Then, he performs another spell to make monster go over NYC area to sabotage Justin's training even his conscience tell him not to. Later, Alex, Max and his conscience goes helping Justin with the monsters and Alex performs two spells successfully and save Justin. Max was turned into a girl when Alex and Justin cast a couple of spells on him without realizing it. This turned Max into Maxine because two spells with differing affects hitting one target can (theoretically) push against one another and the result is... unexpected.
Later, Alex and Justin try to change Maxine back to Max by reversing their spells- but this practice is rather unwieldy, and Maxine got even cuter.
When they tried to see if Max was going to be a girl, they made him blow into a horn (a donkey's response was heard). This, unfortunately means that he is going to be in this state "indefinitely."

Yes, in the new episode "Alex Saves Mason" he returns starting out as a wolf and the episode ending with him returned to his human form.
After that they were together for a very long time, until the episode wizard of the year, Alex broke up with Mason becuase he didn't trust her when she told him there was nothing going on between her and this guy, plus Mason turned into a werewolf and attacked the guy when he saw him flirting with Alex, but in the newest episode they get back together AND I JUST KNEW THEY WOULD! Mason was very excited amd he says "yippe tay yay!" which was super hillarous Alex then jokes and says "And now we're broken up again."
